CALM should be used for a minimum course of 2 - 3 months, and is safe for long-term feeding as needed. It is recommended to feed CALM starting 10 days to 4 weeks before any foreseeable difficult event (going on holiday, moving house, arrival of a baby, home renovation,etc.) depending on the type of event.
