Mixing Directions
Add the contents of 1 sachet of formula per 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of clean warm water and shake or stir gently. Reconstituted formula must be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Unopened sachets should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Feeding Directions
Warm reconstituted formula to body temperature (do not use microwave) and shake or stir gently. Feed 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of liquid formula per 4 ounces (115 g) of body weight daily. Divide the daily amount into 3 to 4 feedings and feed every 3 to 4 hours. Actual intakes of milk may vary depending on individual puppy needs, level of activity and breed. Weigh puppy at 3-day intervals to ensure adequate growth. Adjust feeding amount as required. After approximately 5 weeks the puppy will increasingly eat more solid food and you can gradually decrease the amount of puppy milk formula. Consult your veterinarian if puppy is not thriving.
