To adjust the size:
- Measure the band around your dog's neck and mark the spot to cut (aim to avoid the LEDs).
- Remove the cap from the "Open" end, use a fingernail to slide the silicone off the cap, rather than pulling.
- Cut at the desired length.
- Insert cap back into the silicone tube.
