Pet.kiwi Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

You can purchase gift vouchers either online or in store. When you purchase a gift card online, you can specify the date and time that the voucher will be emailed to the target recipient.

To Redeem your e-gift card

1. Go to https://www.pet.kiwi/

2. Place items in your shopping cart and proceed to our checkout

3. At checkout, you will be asked to give the card number and PIN as they appear on your e-Gift Card. You must have this information to complete your transaction, so please keep it handy.

4. Your e-Gift Card can be redeemed online or in store.

When you have entered the voucher code in and there is a balance left to pay, you will need to put in another form of payment to complete the purchase.

If the amount of the purchase is less than the gift card value, then the balance will remain on the card.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
