Delivery and Pick Up in Store

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $79*.
All orders under $79 will cost $4.90 within Auckland, or $7.90 nationwide.

*An extra $4.90 applies to all rural deliveries.
*There is $1 charge for deliveries requiring signature
*Our standard shipping provider is Aramex. Please contact us if you would like to use NZ Post as this is an added fee/ is not covered by our free shipping policy at this time 


*Oversized items will have additional freight depending on your location. This will be noted in the descriptions.
*Orders outside of Auckland, above the weight limits listed below, will incur a bulk fee.
-Orders over 50kg in the North Island will incur a fee of $20 (calculated per 50kg).
-Orders over 25kg in the South Island will incur a fee of $20 (calculated per 25kg).

If your order exceeds the above weight limits, we will contact you to arrange additional payment.
*Specific oversized items such as large cat trees from Comfypet will incur a shipping fee based on your delivery address. This will be stated under each product and we will need to send you a quote. 

All packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Please select the signature delivery option if it is unsafe to leave your package at the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages if the signature required option was not selected.

All items can be picked up at no charge from our store located at 381 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland. Once you have placed your order, you can collect in stock items as soon as you receive email confirmation this is ready. If any of the items you purchased are on back order (in stock with local supplier), there will be a 1-3 day delay and you will be notified by email when your order has arrived. Please provide a physical address, as our courier company does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Some oversized items will have restricted delivery areas, this will be displayed on the product page.

If your order is placed before 12pm, your order will usually be dispatched on that day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday it will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Standard delivery times:
Auckland: One to Two Working Days
North Island: One to Three Working Days 
South Island: Two to Four Working Days

Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra 1-2 working days

All our orders are tracked. Please write any delivery instructions in the comments section at check out. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when a shipping label has been created for your package.

All shipping enquiries must be made within 28 days of being shipped. We cannot lodge investigations with the courier company after this time has passed.

(If an order has been damaged during delivery, please inform our team within 24-48 hours & retain all original packaging for courier claim purposes.) 

All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST.

Our company is located in New Zealand and we currently only ship within New Zealand.
